We’re Abby and Steve Buchmiller. We live in Utah with our kids, and we’re the people behind Buchmiller Properties.
OUR BACKGROUND
Our experience
starts in the trades.
We’ve been married for more than 20 years and have been entrepreneurs side by side throughout that time.
Steve began as an oilfield electrical technician, earned his journeyman’s license, and moved into project management on offshore platforms. He went on to run electrical service operations in the Dakotas with a rotating crew of more than 50 electricians.
Abby started in the field too and worked her way up to CEO. Together, we’ve built and run businesses in the trades, with experience leading teams and coordinating work across multiple states.
That’s the background we bring to property: an understanding of the work a home requires, the decisions ownership involves, and the importance of knowing who is responsible.

That passion is part of why we’re drawn to property. We want to create places where the details support the occasion, whether that’s cooking together, gathering for a conversation, or giving a team space to step back and think.
Buchmiller Properties brings that personal interest together with our experience in the trades and in business. Our aim is to own and care for homes over the long term, shaping the experience around what each property and its community can comfortably support.
